气气增压泵是以压缩空气为主!

气气增压泵以压缩空气为动力,将低压气体压力升高后连续输出,更终输出压力可升高至动力源压力的两倍甚至数十倍,是无污染的气体增压装置。根据输出压力和结构形式又分成低压泵和高压泵。低压泵主要用于当现场气源压力不足或不稳定,不能保证气动装置的使用压力时,维持气动装置正常工作,满足设备的局部高压用气要求。高压泵主要用于增压非普通压缩空气场合,如把氮气、氦气、氩气等增压至几十兆帕并装入高压储气罐。
The gas booster pump is powered by compressed air and continuously outputs low-pressure gas pressure. The final output pressure can be increased to twice or even tens of times the pressure of the power source, making it a pollution-free gas booster device. According to the output pressure and structural form, it is further divided into low-pressure pumps and high-pressure pumps. The low-pressure pump is mainly used to maintain the normal operation of the pneumatic device and meet the local high-pressure gas consumption requirements of the equipment when the on-site gas source pressure is insufficient or unstable, and the minimum operating pressure of the pneumatic device cannot be guaranteed. High pressure pumps are mainly used for boosting non ordinary compressed air applications, such as boosting nitrogen, helium, argon, etc. to tens of megapascals and loading them into high-pressure gas storage tanks.

耗气量:气动增压泵是气动增压类别产品,是靠泵体内部的往复式运动产生的高压压力供客户选择使用,但是由于气动增压泵耗气量的决定,有些地方无法使用气动增压泵,例如一些厂家的驱动气体来源有限,无法满足气动增压泵耗气量要求,且不准备再购置一台压缩空气机,用一些气瓶来作为驱动气体又不能接受。这类客户无法采用气动增压泵。

However, due to the determination of the air consumption of pneumatic booster pumps, some places cannot use pneumatic booster pumps. For example, some manufacturers have limited sources of driving gas, which cannot meet the air consumption requirements of pneumatic booster pumps and do not plan to purchase another compressed air machine, Using some gas cylinders as the driving gas is not acceptable. This type of customer cannot use pneumatic booster pumps.
流量:气动增压泵的流量是有限的,流量这个参数是客户无法选择购买气动增压泵的因素,如果客户对流量要求很大,且在不可以介绍多台并联的情况下,不建议客户选气动增压泵。
